  • White Flour (Maida)
  • Clarified Butter (Ghee)
  • Powdered Sugar
1. Make a thin batter of white flour and cook it for a minimum one hour.
2. Heat ghee in Kadhai. Now dip your fingers into the batter and let it fall in
3. Kadhai to create a circular mesh like structure.
4. Cook from one side for about 2 minutes.
5. After removal from Kadhai, sprinkle sugar powder on it.
6. Serve hot.
