- White Flour (Maida)
- Clarified Butter (Ghee)
- Powdered Sugar
- Dry Fruits (Almonds, Cashew, Raisin, Dry Coconut)
- Cardamom (Big & Small)
1. Knead white flour and sugar in ghee with small amount of milk |
2. Make circular biscuits and decorate with dry fruits and cardamom seeds. |
3. Place on the thick brass plate and cover it with another plate and place of coal flames for 20-30 minutes. |
4. Remove from flame and it is ready to serve. Serve Hot. |
