  • White Flour (Maida)
  • Clarified Butter (Ghee)
  • Powdered Sugar
  • Dry Fruits (Almonds, Cashew, Raisin, Dry Coconut)
  • Cardamom (Big & Small)
1. Knead white flour and sugar in ghee with small amount of milk
2. Make circular biscuits and decorate with dry fruits and cardamom seeds.
3. Place on the thick brass plate and cover it with another plate and place of
coal flames for 20-30 minutes.
4. Remove from flame and it is ready to serve. Serve Hot.
